Eurovox Max - No signal

    Hi,
    Just wondering if anyone could help, i bought a Eurovox max last summer but for the last couple of months has just been saying 'no signal'. Havent got a clue what to do to fix it. Any help would be much appreciated??

    first make sure all your connections are secure ie coaxal cable from cc provider is connected into the (rf in) on your box and make sure your scart from your telly is connected into scart for tv on your box,is your normal cable ok ie when you put the coax into the back of the telly,are you getting channels?finally it would help a lot if you told us where your located.

    Presuming you have a live digital feed, press menu, config and clear data, factory reset. Then do a powerscan with symbol rate 6887 for N** and a frequency range of 290.000 to 403.000.

    Might not have them sorted yet Karl as it may be a cable problem, but Im headin for a few beers soon so its over to you :)

    OK you need to go to menu, config, clear data and then clear channel data. Then do a normal powerscan from 290.000 to 403.000 using symbol rate 6887 N*L

    scoucer hi just a question relating to no signal on ev working fine for months and just in the last week regular code updating message and then no signal no leads changed is it possible that a signal could have been sent down the line as it is a few areas of dub that it is happning thanks in advance B

    Nope have tried again and still getting no channels???

    check the % level of your frequency you may have the 8% problem that fergus knows about a few friends of mine have the same trouble this past few weeks im not sure just trying to help out B

    Mate of mine has same problem...He had stations but when he messed with the time because it wasn't right the channels went...Now no signal or channels....Freq only 8%...

    You need to send the box back to have the board replaced, i had the same problem and am now just waiting for the box to be fixed. This is a known problem with these boxes.

    i had the same problem i just changed back from the 29th oct firmware to the 24th oct,it worked for me
