eurovox max on vir**n

hey guys ive had my eurovox max for 10 months now and never had a problem with it yesterday all my channels went blank and i got a message saying code being updated please wait but my channels still aint came back ive tried scanning then restoring factory default then power scan but still the same thing happening i dont know ,uch about these boxes so if anyone can talk me through how to fix this and keep it as simple as possible it would be greatly appreciated i stay just outside glasgow its a eurovox max and like i said im on vi**in as my provider cheers
