hi,switched on my 2006 version ev max today and NO SIGNAL comes on screen and then SEARCHING FOR SIGNAL. this happens only when nthell goes down but today there is no service breakdown. my box has always worked since purchase in sept 2006 auto updating itself but today there is no signal. i never flashed it since new.would this make any difference? i tried downloading eamo's blue ev file but something about only supporting stb file comes on my pc.any ideas would be appreciated thanks.
No Signal indicates problem with your provider and not the b0x , check the normal tv and see if its working , also check the cable is secure in the RF Socket and your scart leads are tightly pushed in
yeah checked these things at 2 different points including checking loose cables and scarts. nthell basic is coming through fine but not through ev box.
Evening Karl , just doing an hour or so lol Sallmount ... have you tryed unplugging it for a few seconds then plug it back in , go to S*Y Sports and see if it updates for you
or has sallmount made sure the emulation is set to enable ie preferences -language settings-ok-press 1968 and sroll down?
sure did celtic71.just keeps reading no signal.wondering did my youngest child (3) press any sequence of buttons on the remote that could lose info or change settings for example.
