Hi all, All was well up until I went for my dinner 1 Switched off the TV, ate , came back into the room,switched the TV back on and now I'm getting a 'No Signal' message.tried rescanning everything but no joy.I've had the box for about a year or so with no previous problems.Any ideas ?
Check the back of the b0x and make sure Cable/Scart are pushed in correctly , Also check your cable in normal TV and see if you have channels as "No Signal" indicates a problem with the cable provider and not your b0x
Hi Celtic71, Thanks for responding.I checked the cable and scart and everything seems secure.Plugged the cable directly into the TV and have all the usual N*L channels.I've tried moving the box to another room and it's scanning as I type so I'll update this post as soon as it's finished and let you know the results.
Did a Power Scan in another room and not a thing was found.I'm not getting a 'Channel Currently Not Available' message.But,like I said earlier,if I plug the cable back into the Tv I get the standard N*L channels. !
OK you need to go to menu, config, clear data and then clear channel data. Then do a normal powerscan
I discovered that the symbol rate had switched from 6.887 to 6.952.When I switched it back and scanned again I got everything back.No sure how it changed of it's own accord though ! Thanks for your help.
