eurovox max remotes pause only

hi can any one help the only thing my eurovox remotes will do is pause the channel. all the buttons pause no matter what i press. are my controls dead or is my box thanks for looking

 

faulty remote, happens to plenty people ive read.new remotes are in plentiful supply

 

thank you sorted it was just some dust holding down one button so give your controls a good clean before buying new ones
