eurovox max stopped working

i have a black box with only eurovox max on the front of it, it stopped working on the 14/05/08 i can no longer get codes for it, how exactly do i get it working again. what software/firmware do i need and where do i get it. will you please give me step by step instructions how to get the box working as this is my first time doing this.

yeah des but i posted the for the wrong box dont think he has a max v so had to edit any how going shortly im knackered

Thanks for that, i downloaded the software but when i turned on my eurovox no stations came on. it is saying no transponder to scan, can somebody help me to get the stations back.

 

Do a powerscan on your providers symbol rate and update channels.
