hi, i have a eurovox max v 2008 which ive had for a year or two. The problem is that all the cannels freeze continously and the signal strength is fluctuating around 20-24 adn the quality is at 20-25 for most channels. the firmware ont he box has never been updated and it is not a clone. i have tried a power scan (full) but still i have had no luck. would a attenuator (20db as i have one spare) do the job or would i have to flash it with beta 2?? thank you
Normally an attenuator would do the job for an EXCESSIVE signal stength which would normally have signal and quality strength beyond 95%. I would reccommend that you flash the box with the correct firmware and then do a factory reset and see what happens.
