Hi - Having a mjor issue with the Eurovox and Tivo. Eurovox works great - no problems and have seen how to sort channels, reorder them, favourites etc and even used Voxer with no issues but.... Tivo to me is indespensible for recording and uses an IR blaster to change the channels on the cable box - there are codes for Eurovox and these work (ie. the tive changes the eurovox channels correctly) but.... Tivo expects the channels to be the same as per NTL/VIRGIN so eg. BBC1 is channel 101, Paramount Comedy is channel 132 etc. This can be fixed to some extent with manual sort under the channel management in the eurovox menu or with Voxer but the triuble is the eurovox has found approx 350 channels total on the scan and so any NTL channels which need a number high than this cannot be acessed by tivo. eg. 702 - cbeebies, 724 - Disney channel etc. all these channels are there but i need a way of manualy editing the channel numbers so when tivo changes channel to record it actually goes to the right channel. If anyone can fix this I would be the happiest guy around.....
No worries managed to work out a way! - Create multiple new channels - make them the same frequency as your most populated channel (i used ch 13 which had 20 odd stations in it), run an update, then you have over 8/900 channels (lots of duplicate beeb entries) - now you have enough to sort the channels so they have the same channel number as nthell...
