    Hi all

I have had this box since about April now, and i used to have no problems with it what so ever, but now i'm getting constant picture break up on almost every single channel, sometimes the no signal message comes up. I've checked all the connections and tightened them etc, but still no luck.

I'm running the eurovox off a splitter along with my subbed cable box and it has the 18/04 update on it.

    What can i do?

First of all try it without the splitter, connecting the box directly to the main feed only. Why do you have the subbed box connected ?

the eurovox works fine without the splitter, but i need to have the subbed box plugged in too so it can talk back to the cc so things dont look so 'suspicious'..could the splitter be the problem? It used to work perfectly fine if you know what i mean..

having the exact same problem i have tried using a signal booster which slightly improved some of the channels but I'm still getting break up on most of them. hope someone comes up with a new update soon.

A couple of suggestions that might help.
Have you tried a factory Default and powerscan on your symbol rate, might be simply slight frequency change/slip. Exactly what is the signal strength, as to high a signal strength is as bad as a low signal, if it is low then have you tried the booster option in TV settings, this will on average give you an extra 10%, (you need to set it to ON and press blue button to save, exit out and turn box to standby and back on before it takes effect) - and yes the splitter could be a problem, it needs to be good quality.
