HI, a mate of mine bought a box that came with no software. When plugged in, a red light and 4 green lines come on, nothing else. As he doesn't have a serial port, I'm installing the software for him, but I don't really know what I'm doing..... I've downloaded UFL_MaxV_Kuro3_18_04_08.zip, connected it and pressed download. It says version 2.10, then seems to lock up when it says resetting box. I'm running Vista x64 SP1, could this be the cause? Have I downloaded the correct software? As I said, there is nothing on the box at the moment (allegedly, the vendor could have been lying). Thanks
I think there have been reports of problems with Vista, if you can try it on an XP machine it might be worth it.
