EUROVOX MAX V 2008 PROBLEM HELP

    I have a eurovox max v 2008.

    The box is set up perfect. I av scanned it for channels with chorus frequnceys and still no go. My cable is piped under gound coming in2 my house from chourus.

    Quality and level is showing a lot of green bars when i scann 250.000 to 500.000 but no channels are storing at all. It says TP.000 when scan is done and 26% quality.

    Can anyone please HELP ME??????

    are you scanning on symbol rate 6.875

    I think i know wat the prob ws i just rang upc and they told me digital wont be switched on till nxt month.

    I take it thats my problem so the box should wrk true my cable 100 percent wen they turn digital on in my area.?
