Try a manual scan on 291.00, symbol rate 6887, they should just add on at the end of your channel list.

yea, was watchin it earlier on regular cable and all was fine. all connections etc look good. i'm going into installation, , user installation, powerscan and a screen with the following comes up
    Start 290.00 MHz
    Stop 420.00 MHz
    Symbol Rate 6.887 Mbaud
    Symbol Rate 6.887 Mbaud
    Symbol Rate 6.887 Mbaud
    Symbol Rate 6.887 Mbaud
    Step 8
    Fav. Sort On
Then I'm hittin fast install, go. it says "waiting to delete all channels" and then i get the screen saying TP:000. any idea whats going wrong?

don't give up,please check your connections again and check your cable is ok without using the box. Then if its still not picking up anything try a factory reset and then another powerscan.
