hi my brother tryed to update the software on a eurovox max v blackbox and i think he put the wrong software on there is a yellow light on the display panel and the remote or any buttons are doing nothing and it wont let me re flash is there anything i can do to fix this any help would be great as he is driveing me mad.
What Firmware are you trying to re-flash it with and what Firmware did your Brother use? also is it a genuine Max V or clone.
hi thanks for the reply the software is the Official Eurovox Max V Kuro 3 Release UFL_MaxV_Kuro3_18_04_08.exe April 18th 2008 the problem is that when i try to flash the box it tells me that there is no connection to the box
turn the box off or pull the lead out, start the correct loader and press download, then turn the box back on or push the lead in the back, this may help to flash it (bad flash)may take a few attempts
The try the above if you can't load firmware correctly. Load the correct firmware and do the above, make sure when its done you leave it until its complete and dont remove leads until your sure it worked
