Eurovox Max V Cable Box

    Hi, wonder if anyone can help with a Eurovox Max V cable box. It used to work fine but has been switched off for months. I have put it through it's autoscan which it completes, however it sticks on message "Please wait code being updated" for ever with no result.
    Any suggestions from anyone would be much appreciated.

    you need to put the latest firmware on your box,have a look in the eurovox link under my pic.
