Eurovox Max V not working in Swords

    Please could you help me I recently bought a Eurovox Max V.I used to live in Artane and it worked fine,But when I moved out to Swords its never worked.I'm with Chorus NTL and I think I'm on cable but maybe MMDS.Sorry but I'm not sure.

    Sounds like you could be ch***S mmds.
    Swords is a bogey area, half n*l cable, n*l mmds & half ch***s mmds.
    You might need a T - variant b0x.
    Artane is n*l cable, - DVB- C b0x.

    Yeah I dont reckon I'll get it to work.Hopefully I'll get my hands on a T variant box.Is it a TX box I would be looking for?
    Sorry but I'm clueless to what to go for.
