I have exactly the same problem as 8877543 above. I have a verified genuine Eurovox Max V on NT*ell Dublin. Towards end of April my digital channels all showed 'codes being updated' but I could still see the 20 or so standard channels. These are the steps I've tried since I first tried to fix the problem now I have no channels at all.

Updated firmware to 2.1 using both Kuros_3 18_4_08 and Kuros 3 28_04_08. Did a restore factory settings and full powerscan at 6.887 on both versions. Just keep getting the please wait codes being updated, left it overnight on both versions but no result. . ON firmware version 2.0 I used to do a normal rather than a powerscan at 6.887 to get channels but firmware 2.1 only has powerscan no normal scan option.
I then reverted to firmware version 2.0 from sc0ucer's site and repeated above and did a normal scan at 6.887, still no transponders found. I get the message no signal on all channels. I know that usually means a bad connection but I replaced my Eurovox with my standard Pace box and it works fine, there is definitely nothing wrong with connection. Whatever is going on the scan finds no transponders. I also entered the up to date codes manually even though I know I shouldn't have to but no result.
It seems to me as the newbie above is having the exact same problem something new is going on . I know what I'm doing, have tried everything that is on this site after extensive searching but nothing has worked.

did you try a power scan start 290.000 and stop at 403.000 on 6887 and hit ok that should start finding transponders straight away if your not having the 8% signal problem then the 18/04/08 firmware is good ... and go into system info to make sure it says that date
