Has anyone else had the problem where, due to a channel disappearing from the EPG, you have to re-scan to get the channel back - but this results in all your favourites being lost and they're all jumbled up again? Is there a software update that can be used?
You need to in future after you have sorted your channels upload the channel data to your PC using the UFL for later use OR find the TP that is missing channels then do a manual update.
