Hello. I'm using a Eurovox Max-V. I'm located in Dublin with N--. I've updated the firmware using the guides and things are fine visually. The problem I have is as follows: The volume graphics: volume bars and mute appear on screen, but the volume on the Eurovox never changes or mutes. As stated, the graphics appear when the buttons are pressed on the remote. Volume functions normally using the TV remote. The 'stuck' setting on the Eurovox is quite high. Any input on the above situation. Have I overlooked a simple setting, or is there a known issue connected to the recent firmware kludge to get around N--? I can't make a connection with regard to the symptoms and anything I might have done recently, I've not had audio problems before. Thanks for any help.
either try another scart lead or connect Eurovox to TV Via RF lead and then you will have to tune your TV in, does the volume/mute work then?.
HiTeck, thanks for the response. As you guessed, it was a defective SCART lead. A different lead was swapped out to fix the problem. Thanks again.
