eurovox max v

hi can anybody help i recently got the max v eurovox it was upgrading by itself now it wont its just saying codes being updated for the past 3 hours ive tried unpluging it and putting it back on sky sports do i need to install some sort of softwear between myself and my kids we have 4 max v boxes and they are all doing the same thing not upgrading we are in dublin on n-- would appreciate any help thanks

 

just wondering if you got sorted murray? i have a blue box and a red box and there both stuck on updating,,for the last hour... n*l dublin

 

mine is the same, it has not been working since about 4 : 30 limerick

Go raibh maith agat Eddie7, havin, problems all week, all tonight my box was out, but fixed now.

 

My box is doing the same since last Thursday. I am in Chorus area. Would anyone have any idea as to why its not updating. Thanks
