    Hi,

    I have the Eurovox Max V box (2008) and it has been down for the last few days with the dreaded 'please wait updating code'. Im ib the Birmingham area (with Virgin).
    Can anyone help?
    Please be gentle as Im new and im not sure how to put the codes in.
