    After spending hours and hours searching these threads, I finally got in touch with the dealer who gave me his number
    He told me my symbolic rate was 6952 and to start frequency range from 000 - 770. i got the channels but it is stuck on the sky sports picture ( frozen) with updating any ideas as the guy is unavailable to ring back

    What firmware have you got? Press menu, config, system info and post the S/W version info.

    when you say stuck does the remote allow you to change channel?
