eurovox max v

hi am currently having problems connecting and viewing the box programmes, its showing blocky pictures and then no signal coming up on screen can anyone help.

 

no signal usually means a problem with your cable and not the box,make sure all your connections are secure, ie coaxil into rf in on the box and scart into tv scart on the box,also try plugging your coaxil into your tv and see what the reception is like.

 

have done all that, just had virgin line installed and it comes thru on tv on the freeveiw thats built into tv no problem

 

what firmware have you on your box press menu config system info

 

have done that screen showing medel dvb-xc boxv tda

is that any help?

 

Have you got the amplifier turned on in the menu of the Eurovox ?

 

if u mean the booster yes

 

have you the box split in any way?
