Hi sorry if this has been done already, i dont understand too much of the terminology and so dont know what refers to mine I have the above box and seem to lose some channels - mainly Sky Sports 3 and some Setanta ones. What should i do to ensure that i keep these? Also is there any way of keeping my channels in a certain order i.e 1.BBC1 2.BBC2 3.ITV etc etc before i scan or do i have to change these back manually every time after a scan? Any help much appreciated, Lescott

hi i have an nthell box in Dublin 7 and bbc1 and bbc2 and others missing i rang them up and they said it.s a breakdown and they should have it fixed today around 1pm so hopefully we will get the eurovox back then also
