Really having big problems with my box at the moment. Please can anyone help.I've lost all channels due to doing something stupid with the remote.I think I may have reset factory settings. Now I get "channel not currently available" and no transponder to scan.

Have you the latest firmware or are you inputting codes manually. You can get all your channels back dont worry, where are you and who is your provider?

In Scouser's absence , You will need to update the b0x for the codes to auto roll for you , you will need a NULL MODEM CABLE to do this

You can get your channels back for the time being and manually input the codes for now

Make sure your cable is plugged into the RF Socket and not the antenna port

OK you need to go to menu, config, clear data and then clear ch@nnel data. Then do a normal powerscan from 290.000 to 403.000 using symbol rate 6887 N*L
