Anybody help out there.Yes I know I'm dumb.I pressed the factory reset.Now even if I press the yellow button for the powerscan it tells me there is no transponder to scan !!.Plus how do you know the symbol rate for where you live ?Thanks in advance Griffo50
Press the RED (Auto Scan) button and if your in Ireland then do a scan from 290.000 to 403.000 using symbol rate 6887 N*L or 6952 Chor*s If you are in the UK ..... Then do it from 200.000 to 850.000 using symbol rate 6887 N*L or 6952 Ex C&W / Tel*West Please be patient when it scans as some transponders will fail , let it run it the end and its complete
Thanks for your answer.But still no joy.I've tried pressing the red button to do the auto scan but "no transponder to scan"comes up at the very start.Any other ideas please Cheers, Griffo50
I had this problem too, Press the Menu button on your remote, and then go into 'Config' menu and select 'Factory Default'. It will then ask you to select the symbol rate (I use 6.887 as I am on NThell Dublin).not sure if this matters at this stage though. Press OK when 'Reset to Factory Default Settings' comes up. It will then say 'Wait to Factory Settings' and will then start to do a Full Power Scan (using the Symbol rate you selected earlier or you can change the symbol rate here). Give it a while and you should be fine.
