Can Any one help i have had the box for about 4 months and about 3 weeks ago i have lost all channels except BBC 1 2 3 4 itv channel 4 and all the uk channels i have power scanned numerous times but still no luck the settings are mode = normal ,start = 300 stop = 870, symbol rate = 6.952 symbol rate = 6.887 step = 8 Can any one advise me on what to do Many Thanks ............
Where abouts are you and who is your provider ie TW N*L C+W previous to Vermin Med. Also Menu Config system info, read back to us whats in there.

You went into TV settings try again please, Menu pull >> to Config then pull down to highlight System Information the press ok.

Hertfordshire Area is near Luton isn't it? so your symbol rate should be 6887. Menu> Config> Then ok on Clear data, Type 0000 or 1004, Ok on Erase all channels then ok again. wait for it to clear all channel data then, Press Menu along to instalation, Press ok type 0000. Now press powerscan "the Yellow button", a box will then load like this Start --------100 Stop --------700 Symbol rate---6887 symbol rate---0000 symbol rate---0000 Step ---------8 You were starting yours at 300 try starting from 100 upto 700. If after doing this you do not get any channels try with the symbol rate to 6952 May take a while to scan, best of luck.
Many thanks for your help but i have tried all evening But with no joy my best settings are Start --------100 Stop --------700&870 Symbol rate---6952 symbol rate---0000 symbol rate---0000 Step ---------8 Fav Sort------on i get all the channels listed they all seem to load but quite simply they do not come up on the screen i just get all the normal channels bbc 1,2,3,4 itv1,2,3, ch4,5 and all the uk channels any more suggestions. Try this, Menu Config, Clear channnel data 0000 then, try pluging your box straight into the feed coming into your house canceling out any splitters you have in the loop, then try a powerscan using the 6952 as the symbol rate.
Well what can i say i have been pluging the coax straight into box with no sucsess but when i received your last mail i went into config and erased all channels via the splitter Then i went into installation mode with the cable straight into box and Guess what it works so god knows what i have done but i seem to have more channels than i have ever had before all is rosy at present Many Many thanks for all your help........ You will have alot more channels as your were starting your search before from 300, between 100+300 theres 12TPs that contain around 40-60 channels. Glad your sorted and all the best!.
