Eurovox maxV 2008

A friend has one of these boxes and unfortunately reset the box back to factory settings.He is an nthell customer and only has the basic package.Where can he get the software to get his box up and running again?

 

Factory reset doesn't wipe the firmware it deletes the channels and TPs. If he had the latest firmware there is no need to reflash just rescan.
