Hi i have been following the posted instructions for adding software to my pre=flash mode box. I am using a laptop and have an adapter connected to the cables provided with the box, Im assuming these are null cables. After hitting the down load button on the flash loader com 3 appears then not reconising receiver. When the box is switched on the green lock light is lit and nothing works. im a novice and any help would be appreciated. Thanks
ive also seen a few post with people getting rs232 cables with their boxes most of them fleabay say "free rs232 cable with their box " but do make sure your com ports are selected as shubagh says and that your usb adaptor is installed with the disc supplied
