Please help me here guys as I've searched everywhere for some help but can't find a solution that works for me .
I updated the firmware on eurovox red with no problems , followed instructions and did a reset followed by a power scan , this scanned everything but finally told me I had no transponder . I have tried other methods to enable a transponder but still have TP00 showing at every scan .
I am in the Nelson/Burnley area which I understand is ex C&W , I didn't do a channel dump which hasn't helped so I really hope someone can explain what I need to do to get the transponder up.
    Thanks in advance.

OK you need to go to menu, config, clear data and then clear channel data. Then do a normal powerscan from 200.000 to 850.000 using symbol rate 6.887

Thank you very much for your help , I was cursing you at first as i had no luck with your instructions but i have now found out that Nelson is NTL and when i used the proper keys your instructions worked perfectly .
    Thanks again

Actually that was the wrong symbol rate , it was 6.995 that worked with NTL
