Eurovox not working, But "The Box" is?

Hi all.

I know there is a big upset going on at the moment, But I got a Eurovox box (black one) and my mate has something called "The Box"

Now i've no stations at all on it, But my mate is just missing a few (setanta sports & horse racing)

any idea why ?
