    Hi all
A strange problem is happening to my eurovox max box since I did a power scan this morning. Some (well most) channels are pixelated. At first I thought it was the cable so i moved that around. twice it was ok...so I changed channels to another pixelated one to check that: no joy. Ob changing back to the 'fixed' channel it was pixelated again. Ive read through the posts and Im stuck. Its been flashed with the 18th apr flash and was ok until power scan

    Anyone help me?

    Thanks

Do a factory reset and powerscan again, what provider are you on and rough location?

Hi scouser, thanks for getting back so quick

Im near blackburn, ex ntl so c+w,(although it finds all channels on 6952)..already erased channels but nervous about doing a factory reset in case it wipes the recent flash?

It wont overwrite the firmware, it will only clear your frequencies and channels.

Bringing this back to the top as its still doing the same

Would reflashing the box help, do you think? Im not keen to do this because of the resetting all the channels and not too sure how to load a channel file or even where to get one

    Thanks

can you try the box in a mates house and see if it works, then we can see if it's a cable problem.

I was wondering if it was, but some channels work great...crystal clear, could my cable still be knackered even though some work fine?

If so,I can try in a mates house over the next few days

    Thanks Karljd
