    Hi folks,

I just got my box back after a mate flashed it for me to update it to the latest firmware. However now I have 0 channels

Autoscan comes up with the message "no Transponder to scan" and powerscan does not pick up any channels at all.

    I'm on Ch*rus in Dublin.

    Any ideas?

Presume you are using 6875 as the symbol rate?

Yep 6875 and between 200 and 400, the signal strength in the power scan rarely goes above 8%.

I've a perfect signal through a splitter to my Ch*rus box in another room and I've tried different connections so it's not the splitter or cables. Only thing is I recently got broadband and phone through my provider. The box worked after that, before the firmware update though so I don't think it'sa signal strength problem.

Do it from the direct cable feed. First press menu, config, clear data and press OK on factory default. Then turn EV off and back on.

Press menu, installation, user installation, press yellow button. Input 6875 as symbol rate and start at 274.000 Mhz and end at 460.000Mhz. Press OK to scan.

After scan has completed, press red button in user installation to update channels. I presume it was the latest firmware?

    Still not working.

Any other ideas? It's the latest firmware.
