Has this box been put away and you are trying it for the the first time in awhile or have you tried flashing it and this is a result of this.If its the first suggestion open box amd make sure the connections on the on and off buttons are pushed home firmly.Also check where connector is joining display panel and motherboard that that is pushed home.The obvious is did you check fuse.Also if you did flash it I hope it is not a clone as new software kills them.
hi phil43 flashed the box about 3pm but when i went to move it at about 7pm it slipped in my hands and hasn't worked since,,, i have ckecked all connections and can hear the power going on and off,, i have taken the back off to check
