hi there just got a eurovox pvr ex 5000 got all the channels fine the problem is on certain channel i get voice over for the the blind how do i turn it off this is driving me nuts. i also own a eurovox blue and you can turn the voice over off with the lang button on the remote but not so on the pvr ex 5000 please help regards andy
If you have the 1.1a 15 july Firmware installed the red button will turn the audio voice stream off. To check type menu, config, system info, SW Ver should read 1.0 ST4 July 15 2008, If it does not you will have to update your box using the eurovox flashing guide link below my picture.

Yes, Follow the link under my picture to the flashing guide, all the up to date firmware is in the guide. Once you have updated the red button will turn off the voice over.
