Eurovox pvr only getting 8 channals

Hi just a quick message to see if anyone can help me. I have a eurovox pvr. I live in gypsy hill, crystal palace and can only get 8 channels. Tried all three symbol rates on the power scan

 

Have you flashed it?

 

the box worked fine bradford and was able to get all the channels

 

I see, didnt know you moved locations. You need to do a factory reset and powerscan again. Try 6887 first and if no luck then go onto 6952.

menu- config-clear data-factory reset-and whatever symbol rate you use-ok

 

I have done a factory reset and tried scaning with 6887 and 6952 getting ten channals as before. scanning on the last one now. Any more suggestions would be appreaciated

You need to flash with 1.1a, (if you havent already done so). Then use the red button to select alternate audio stream.

 

What firmware revision are you on?

Hi scouse sorry for the late reply. How do i find out which firmware is on the box. also just to add my friend who has the box in crystal palce has been manually scanning the channals in and he has 500 out of 830. So deos this mean that his firmware is ok. Any further help would be appreciated.
