I can get all of the channels but some of the channels are seriously jumpy and poor sound. There are no splitters as the cable comes straight from outside. The signal strength and quality are on 80% but the picture is still poor. Any suggestions on how to correct the picture? Will i have to re-install the update?
If the signal strength and quality are level at 80% and remain so. Try a factory reset and powerscan again. Check the RF connection on the end of the coax also.
