eurovox red no signal

hi all got the new firmware since putting on my box im getting no signal (not even on free channels)reloaded old firmware fault is still the same tried blue eurovox everything works ok(to prove cable ect)could my box just of gone faulty beens as i haveent even got free channels.....thanks to all those who have sorted probs over past few days its been hell.....

 

Click on the link at the bottom of my with regards to eurovox flashing guide and read carefully through the powerscan instructions, make sure you are selecting the correct symbol rate for your area.
You could also upload your CDF=(channel Dump File) from your blue box save it to your PC then download it to your red box.

Read first then come back if your still stuck.

 

thanks for getting in touch checked all settings everythink seems ok just think that my box has gone faulty has i cannot even get free channels,able to download firmware no problem just got no signal

hi mate when a eurovox says no signal the power board is faulty. turn your box on and listen to see if you can hear a hising noise

 

hi i have the eurovox max blue i have just downloaded the new firmware v2.0 into it and now all it will do is switch on with nothing on the screen and 001 in the box window, the remote or buttons on the box wont do anyhthing only switch it on and off so now i am left with no channels,, can anybody help please,,,,

it sounds like a bad flash mate have you tried reflashing it again. if that dont work you will have to j-tag it

 

no signal means just that, is your cable connected to the rite socket (rf in)?

 

Another one thats probably put the genuine eurovox blue fix on a cloned box ?, did you check to see if it was a clone before flashing it?.

arny321 as 1shaddow1 just said make sure your feed is plugged into the RF in at the back of your box and not the ANT, factory default then powerscan.

 

further to this, i have just this min flashed my orig blue box and it all went smooth no issues

 

Depends on where you are,but VM have reported loss of signal in a few places, including TV,phone and internet. Look on service status to see if you are in areas affected, a lot went down this morning

 

hi all cable is in rf in still no signal as regards power supply fault had this replaced last year when box would not power up at all please help........

 

try a factory reset then powerscan, jus even check ALL connections right back to ya incomming source, does the vm box work ok?

not got a vm box got another euro max v works all ok tried all connections could it be that the tuner board has died all of a sudden dont think its the firmware either currently on

Take the CDF from your Max V and put it on your Red box, If that doesn't work in the exact place of your Max V then I would say the tuners had it.

 

HiTeck - is there a quick way of uploading/downloading a CDF or is it only while reflashing as per your script? Cheers

 

jus do the channel data file and not the flash, but its done the same way with the same ufl.
