I have recently bought and connected a pre owned eurovox box. I can happily watch most channels but:- - the remote has ceased working and I have to manually surf the channels - some channles are missing - sky1 and sky sports news Any help? I presume any remedy would require a remote, where can I source one compatible to my box are are they generic. Many thanks Sensyei
yes you will need a remote,have you checked the batteries?if thats not the source of your problem try fleabay
Many thanks. I have tried new batteries but no luck. The littel light at the head does not flicker when I press any buttons. I will try and source a rplacement remote as directed. Any idea how I will go about updating/mcluding the 'missing channels'?
I think Karl may have gone for tonight, about the remote, you say is that when your pointing it at a camera or mobile phone lens then looking through the display of the camera as if your going to take a picture of the remote led.
Simply pressing the R/control buttons whilst pointing at the eurovox box...the light does not flicker. I have tried your suggestion to point the light into a mobile phone camera, but there is light does not shine/flicker. Help!!

Will the new remote simply enable me to surf across channels without need to reprogramme (I hope) In addition, once the new replacement remote is able to change channels, how do I go about adding the missing channels - Sky 1 (no channel), Skyports Xtra (channel is present but no picture shows), Sky sports news (no channel), Sky, CNN news (no channels) etc?
