eurovox remote control

the volume button on my remote control does not seem to be working
every other button works fine even the mute button.but when i try to turn the volume up or down the bar on the screen goes up or down
but the sound doesnt change i have two eurovox remotes but its the same with the two of them would this be a problem with the remotes
or with the box itself.as there is sound and every other button works
fine..has anybody else ever had this problem

 

have you tryed your tv remote,it could be lowered down or on mute.

 

no its not the tv remote that works fine i taught it might be that also ..but i have to use that now for the volume

 

Have you checked your scart lead sometimes they need pushed in tighter if you have been moving your box

 

no no good have just checked it that doesnt seem to be the problem
its a strange one because the mute still works ..so have to use tv remote to turn volume up and down
