eurovox signal problem

    Hi There , can anybody help me out. I have a eurovox max v. It has worked fine for 9 months. I recently had it flashed to update on its own. It worked fine for 2 weeks. Last week i got a message on certain channels saying No Signal , yet other chanels are fine. I have re-scanned for chanels and it is not even picking some up now. I am in the merseyside area. Please Help . Thanks

    what firmware was it flashed with?

    hey im havin the exact same problem. it only happenes after certain times tho. after about 4pm all the channels start breaking up and the no signal message keeps appearing. i did a powerscan wen it first happened and i =t only found 110 channels instead of 140 but it didnt help the quality of the picture at all. its effecting the sound aswell. like the channels are unwatchable

    menu-config-system information.Look for the date of the kuro.

    thats fine,have you an n@l box as well?I no we talked the other night but there is a problem with n@l in some areas of dublin,its nothing to do with the box,it seems to get worse in the evenings.Have read in here http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/289/506556

    yep that sounds like it exactly. cudnt find a thread like that wen i looked for it so apologies for repeatin the same problem.

    no bother - i can see ur vry busy. subbed box from n*l seems to be workin fine tho - thats y i didnt think it was an n*l problem

    maybe it will settle down in a few days,didn't ask you have you the signal split in any way?

    do you have new frequncies for him sc0ucer or will i tell him to do a factory reset?

    5 times lol i think thats the source of your problem!try it from the main feed and i bet it works fine.

    Factory reset Karl as the guy I know there is on holliers ;)
