eurovox signal

    hi,i have a eurovox max and since last night i am only getting 8% signal,i have the latest software 28.04. installed and reinstalled it again. did a powerscan and only got freq from 291 to 315 with only 39 channels any suggestions appreciated.

    Have you tried the 18/04/08 firmware and I presume you are using the correct symbol rate for your provider?

    thanks for the reply,ill try the 18.04 software and see what happens symbol rate is 6887

    Press Menu, Config, Clear Data and then clear ch@nnel data.

    Turn off box for a min then turn back on

    Then do a normal powerscan from 290.000 to 420.000
    using symbol rate 6887 N*L IRELAND
