Eurovox Sky Sports 1 Telemess

Hi all after racking my brains adding and deleting frequencies i still cant seem to get sky sports 1, get pretty much every other channel bar a few.

can anyone please help me out? is drivin me mad

am in an old telew*st area on an oldish eurovox box

Thanks topcat, but i did see that and added all of them frequencies and still nothing....

thats the problem im having, entered 491.000 for ss1 but dont get it, maybe its my area?
