Hi All I have the 2008 Eurovox and it works fine for me, all the channels are there and when NTL update the codes I just do an Autoscan and get them all back.... What I'm wondering is are there eurovox software updates available that change the menu layout and that sort of thing because here's my problem, I share a house with a deaf guy so a lot of the time I'll throw on the subtitles via teletext but unlike the NTL system the teletext thats presented on the eurovox is huge and displayed near the top of the screen, actually there are two blue lines which run across the screen when its on and the text is hown near the top line so its about 3/4's of the way up the screen, and this is annoying because it can cut of peoples faces during movies and sometimes its hard to tell who has possesion of the ball during the footy. Are there alternative menu dowloads available that have better text displays and menus? Also none of the movie channels have teletext and there seems to be no subtitles option with the eurovox software. Any help is welcome.

As you have a 2008 model I presume you have the latest firmware on board. Press menu, config and system info that will tell you. The teletext PIDS are only picked up on some channels by the Eurovox and even the one they are picked up on are as you can see quite restrictive on screen.
It means someone is taking their time to try and point you in the direction of a critical update that will save your Eurovox dying on you. You could have at least been thankful to him. To answer your question, no, there isn't.
