    Hello everyone,
I am realy lost here: please please could someone help me.
I have recently tried to update my eurovox TX to latest firmware version with not success, my box just stopped being able to pickup channels so i updated to new version.

This is what i have done

    put eurovox TX on standby

    used TX_STBloader_1.1
    browsed and selected eurovox_TX_22122008.bin
executed and got message saying download complete.
    Is that the correct way?

I have also tried to input 1968 but nothing happens or changes when i do. ON system info it says 1969. Does it matter where in am in Ireland (Cork) have also input kodes and still nothing but Rte1 and god channel.

Could anyone please please give me a guide on how to update my Eurovox TX using Eurovox_TX__Fix_22-12-08_Loader_and_bin

Yeah everything seems to be grand, everything connected ok just nothing happening when say updating channels. left it on and got a message saying channel scrambled or something to that effect.

Should i have reset box to factory settings after updating firmware? just have seenit mentioned in a few threads.

    Anything else is could be?

Pressing default key in the CAS menu will solve that problem, as will a factory reset. Have you done this yet?

And no a factory reset does not erase the firmware.
