i bought a eurovox tx and it wont work when i turn it on all that comes up is boot and nothing happens can anyone help
no havent done that so i have to flash the box is there freqencies i need to do that thanking u for ure reply much appreciated
Sorry Mandy just leaving for the weekend, you will find the firmware you need in the Eurovox TX folder in Eamos FTA Library at the bottom of my post. You will need a null modem cable DB9F to DB9F. Null modem info http://www.maplin.co.uk/Search.aspx?criteria=L71BT&DOY=2m6 If your pc does not have a serial port you will need a USB to serial port adapter to use in conjunction with the null modem cable. Hi scoucer sounds like you know about Eurovox. I have a Eurovox max which has worked fine for the past 18 months until the other day. At the moment all the channels show as though they are scanned and appear when you put the index up and shows what the channel is but there is no picture or sound. I can get two channels Challenge +1 and More 4+1 for some reason. Any ideas mate as its strange that it appears to scan in but no pictures. Cheers Bob
