eurovox tx

    im in an area with mmds if i purchase a eurovox tx and move to an area 6 months down the line to an area with just digital will the eurovox tx still work? can anyone help me?

    if you move to a area thats not Chorus MMDs, then the answer is no. You will need to get a standard EUROVOX or Superbox etc, that will work on true cable Chorus/NTL or MMDS NTL digital. The TX will only work on MMDS Chorus

    chorus and ntl are the one now so the eurovox tx will work for me then ye? in an mmds area i just want to know before i purchase one and do the codes update automatically?

    The problem is not the name of a firm. The problem is the broadcasting technology which is in use. UPC didn't change much. A tx box is for mmds in a exChorus area.

    as mgb says above, totally different box's, TX for Chorus MMDS only, the rest for Chorus True cable and NTL MMDS and True cable
