go to the eamos library..link can be found on main topic menu..follow the instructions..you will need to purchase a rs232 null modem cable to do this..hope this helps

Not trying to be a smart arse, but, When the fix comes will the mentioned thread be opened again with the fix added as a comment? If the thread is closed can only a moderator post there?
No your not being a smart a**e, when the fix does as you say come, then it will be posted there, and it will not matter if the thread is closed, you will still be able to pick up the fix from there until the page is edited, but all the firmware that is used for the boxes is immediately put into Eamo's FTA Library as soon as it is released. Link at the bottom of my post and in lots of other members signatures, so you will be able to get it anyway, simply because that is where it goes first, Des's post on that page is done for the main purpose of keeping everyone informed, hope that clears it up for you.
