eurovox urban myth or truth

hey all,

im wondering if any1 can help me out here

ive had a few people sayin to me today that the media companies now have a way of tellin who is gettin free tv off their signal

is this true of just one of these many urban myths that go about??

this supposedly came from a technician of the media company and they are meant to be chapping doors of said people

i dont think that they could find out who is doing this, but im just asking to see if anyone else has heard this
