eurovox v frozen !!!!!!

    hi, my eurovox v has frozen on the tv settings page...any ideas ? have unplugged it for an hour...still frozen...help !changed remote batteries,tried disconnecting box from all connections..it's doing my head in.

    try reflash the box with older firmware,then factory reset then load the latest firmware.

    it's ok now, just left the damn thing disconnected overnight . thanks fellas.
