eurovox v max missing channels

hi folks, had my box a couple of days and have all the channels apart from $ky prem & di$ney. on the right symbol rate for the area but don't seem to be able to get these 2. i have read most of the forums and done what it says. have brav@ & living. have $ky pulled these channels due to their on going spit with virgin? in merseyside 1 area. any help would be gratefully received.

 

Presume your are ex Telepest. Have you tried a manual scan on 475000 and 499000, with symbol rate 6952.

 

hi scouser, the nearest i have to these are 434,442,450,458,466,474,522000. i have man scanned all these and no joy, this has me stumped. it was nthell before v*&gin

 

can you manual scan on the frequencies sc0ucer gave you?Manually scanning channels.
Press menu, Installation, User installation, Enter pin,
Then press ch edit (green button)
Then press Add (red button)
Use the v arrow on the remote change the frequency , change the Symbol rate to 6952 press ok repeat this process for the other frequency exit once press ok on the the frequencies then press manual scan try 6887 if you dont get them on 6952,If they come in they will be at the end of your channel list and not where you saved them.
